Welcome to the Life Opportunities Trust

Life Opportunities Trust (LOT) enables people with learning disabilities to develop and lead fulfilling lives in their local communities.

Originally established in 1989, LOT provides a wide range of specialist support. We offer long-term support but will help people to move to alternative accommodation if their circumstances make this appropriate.

Our service users’ ages range from 22 to 93 and we cover the geographical area of London and the northern home counties.
