Training for success
The quality of our training is one of the reasons people want to work for us, with many opportunities to develop new skills. We are proud that many of our staff have been with us five years or more, and all but one of our service managers is an internal appointment.
Placing so much emphasis on staff training and development is the best way we know to continually improve the service we offer to our service users.
