The Firs opened in March 1993. It is a seven-bedded residential bungalow for middle-aged/elderly people with learning disabilities, situated on the outskirts of Abbots Langley.
The Firs is furnished to reflect and promote the personal choices of the residents.
Facilities within The Firs comprise of a large lounge with widescreen TV, dining room, accessible kitchen, laundry room, a fully accessible bath and shower room, a wetroom, a separate toilet, seven single bedrooms all with built in wardrobes, wash hand basins, TV points, calls system and fitted hoists.
The Firs’ exterior consists of a very large garden with patio, fruit trees, and parking facilities.
