89 Bishops Road in Hayes was taken over from the London Borough of Hillingdon in February 1996.
It provides accommodation for five elderly people with learning disabilities.
There are four ground floor bedrooms and one on the first floor. There is a lounge/dining room downstairs as well as two toilets downstairs, one of which has a bath with a manual hoist. On the first floor there is another combined bathroom and toilet, and an office that also doubles as a staff sleeping-in room.
It has a small garden and patio.
