We collect data from you through our online form, specifically on our ‘Contact us’ and ‘donation’ pages. Through this we collect personal details such as your name and contact information, as well as any additional information you wish to provide to us within the content of your message. If you wish to make a donation to Life Opportunities Trust, you will be asked to either send donations to our office or to download a gift aid form. Any information provided through these methods will be used for this purpose only.
With your consent, we collect this data to allow us to process your query or application to contact you with news updates or contact you to discuss feedback. We will not use this information for marketing purposes unless you have positively opted-in to receive such notifications.
After submitting your information via our website, it is stored on secure servers supplied by our website hosts, Artena. Notifications are automatically sent via email to a password protected staff account at Life Opportunities Trust. A staff member will be able to log on to the secure servers, using their password, to view and process these enquiries.
